Timothy Fox Obituary
August 11, 1960 - May 4, 2023
Timothy Carlee Fox, Sr., age 62, of Little River, S.C. (formerly of Kannapolis, N.C.), passed away on Thursday, May 4, 2023, at his home in Little River.
Tim was born on August 11, 1960, in Concord, N.C., to the late Sloan Fox, Sr. and Shirley Kirby Tyner. Tim graduated from South Rowan High School, after which he worked at various jobs, including Food Lion warehouse and Celanese. He retired from his work due to disability. Tim is best remembered for his loud laugh and voice. He was a friend to all that he met and loved the beach. Before his last illness, he spent his days sitting in the sand and watching the ocean. He loved to cook and had mastered the best macaroni and cheese, goulash and homemade banana pudding! When Tim cooked, everyone wanted to eat!
Tim is survived by Barbara Fox, two sons, Christian (Jr) Fox and Timothy C. Fox, Jr. and two grandchildren, Anthony and Delilah. Tim is also survived by his brothers, Sloan Fox (Debbie), Charles Fox (Jeannie), Joe Fox (Cheryl) and Jeff Tyner (Crystal), his sisters Stacy Raper (Danny), Regina Tyner (Jamie) and Angela Tyner. Tim's other survivors are his stepchildren, Jaylyn, Aaron, Kelly and Miracle, as well as stepgrandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was loved by all and will definitely be missed.
There will be a Celebration of Life service, which will be announced at a later date. Lee Funeral Home in Little River is handling the services.
