My thoughts and prayers are with the entire Gavrel family. My heart aches for Mrs. Gavrel - losing 3 of her children is nearly too hard to bear - I lost my child with Leukemia so I understand. I grew up with Louie, Paula, Timmy & Pete and remember Timmy fondly. My and Jodie's love is there with you as you face the days ahead.

It has been a privilege to have known Tim and to know his family, especially his son, Chris. Tim had a strong commitment to his faith in Christ and a strong commitment to teach his children the ways of his faith. My thoughts and prayers are with, DeeAnn, Johnnie Mae, Chris, Paula, Tim's mother, Mrs. Gavrel, and all of the Gavral family.

Tim and I met in high school; we became good friends almost immediately and ran around together. Two years after we graduated, we reconnected in a class we had together at the University of Houston and our friendship picked up where it had left off. We reconnected yet again in the last 5-6 months on Facebook and I had hoped we'd get to meet again. He was a really a great guy and a good friend. His passing is a tremendous loss for us all. RIP Tim, my friend.....and prayers to all the Gavrel family !

Your family is in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Of all his numerous qualities it was stories of his spontaneity that made my heart smile. My favorite story was of him waking his family for a surprise trip to Disney. I can almost see you all now half asleep but ready to follow him on the adventure knowing you were in the best of hands. He was a wonderful man and will be greatly missed!

Tim and I have worked together and been friends for many years. His sister Paula and the attorney I work for were best friends and I met Tim through Paula. Tim and his family, DeeAnn, Johnny Mae, Chris and Paula have always been very kind to me and my family. Tim will be greatly missed. He is at peace and out of pain now. When Yom Kippur occurs this year Bernie and I will include Tim in our prayers.
