Timothy "Tim" Linder
Born June 2, 1969. Died suddenly on Wednesday, June 5th, 2024 at the age of 55.
Preceded in death by his brother, James Linder; uncle, Ken Meidlinger; aunts, Janet Molin and Sue Molin; cousin, Brent Meidlinger; and all of his grandparents.
Survived by his children, Taydan, Aubrey and Bricelyn Linder & their mom, Laura Peterson; parents, Pete and Mary Lou Linder; brother, Daniel Linder & his wife Ana Minambres Mateos; aunts and uncles, Dave & Lynn Linder, Lill Linder & Ross Henderson, Betty Meidlinger, Jack Molin, Randy Molin and Herb Linder; nieces, Corrine Manning, Helena Linder Minambres, and Julia Linder Minambres; plus many cousins.
Tim was born in St. Paul, but was brought up in White Bear Lake. He excelled at being a young person and graduated from White Bear Lake High School. He attended St. Cloud State College and the U of M, and graduated with an agricultural degree.
He worked for many years at Linder's Greenhouses in several capacities, concluding as the Chief Perenial Grower. He then moved into the EMS/Firefighting service. He did stints at Lakeview EMS, Woodbury Fire Department, White Bear Lake Fire Dept and Maplewood Fire Dept. He retired several years ago. He worked at Hazelden Foundation for a period until fairly recently.
He has three young children and loved them so very much. He also has many dear friends, relatives and other EMS providers. He suffered with the very devastating PTSD disease. Although Tim was able to put up a terrific facade, he was suffering with difficulties that no one but a sufferer of PTSD understands. Even with so much love surrounding him, the pain was insufferable. "It is so hard" was often heard.
Tim was a faithful Christian person who knew that the best love comes from his Savior Jesus Christ. On Wednesday, June 5th, God's angels came for him and freed him from Satan's demons at work in his mind/body.
He now resides in God's loving arms. Please celebrate with us the true Joy only available in Heaven.
Wake on Wednesday, June 12th from 4-8PM at Mueller Memorial, 4738 Bald Eagle Ave, White Bear Lake. Funeral Service Thursday, June 13th at 11AM at St. Andrew's Lutheran Church, 900 Stillwater Road, Mahtomedi, with a visitation one hour prior at church. Private Interment at Lakeview Cemetery.
