Timothy William Quigley, a beloved father, grandfather, brother, and friend, was born on May 23, 1965, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He passed away peacefully, surrounded by family and loved ones, on August 4, 2025, in Lebanon, Ohio. Tim was a man of many passions and an unwavering commitment to his family, who meant everything to him.
Tim dedicated his career to the trucking industry, where he held various positions encompassing transportation and warehouse responsibilities. His hard work and dedication earned him the respect and admiration of his colleagues and peers. But beyond his professional life, Tim was deeply proud of his family. He cherished his role as a father and grandfather, loving his grandchildren fiercely. Memories of playful moments and laughter abound, for he had a kindhearted spirit that always brought a smile to those around him.
Tim was known for his wonderful sense of humor, and he often described himself in jest as "rude, crude, and socially unacceptable." Yet, those who knew him understood that this self-deprecating humor was simply part of his silly, empathetic nature. Tim was the hardest-working man you could ever meet, yet he always made time to share a laugh and a joke with those he loved.
His interests included anything related to cars, which fueled his passion for life and brought him joy. Whether he was tinkering in the garage or sharing stories about his favorite vehicles, Tim's enthusiasm was infectious. He fostered connections with those around him—an approach that stemmed from his kind heart and made everyone feel at home in his presence.
Tim is survived by his loving daughter, Nicole Marmor, and her husband, Justin Marmor; his daughter, Heather Quigley; and his treasured grandchildren: Cameron Whitt, Hayden Whitt, Greyson Marmor, Bryer Specht, Jaxson Clements, Jamison Clements, Autumn Clements, Adalyn LeVally, and Marigold Fite. He is also survived by his cherished sister, Eva Masters, and brother-in-law, Ric Masters; brother, Michael Quigley, and sister-in-law, Betty Quigley; sister, Collen Quigley; and the extended family, including Taffie St. Claire, Adam Clements, Michael Specht, Collin Fite. Tim's honorary son, William Story, and honorary daughter, Chance Story, held special places in his heart, as did his close friend, Anna Plymesser, and cousins, Cindy Pennington, Paul Pennington, and Judy Burman. The Grove Family also shared in the warmth of his life, feeling his love and laughter resonate in their memories.
Tim was preceded in death by his father, James Quigley; mother, Patricia Quigley; aunt, Patricia Simon; uncle, John Simon; cousin, Tony Simon; and aunt, Veronica Quigley, alongside his beloved grandparents.
Timothy William Quigley will be remembered for his dedication to his family, his infectious laughter, and his unwavering kindness. He leaves behind a legacy of love, family, and humor that will inspire all who knew him for years to come. As we honor his memory, we carry forward his spirit of joy and togetherness, forever embedded in our hearts.
