He was a beloved brother to Joseph B Rose III, Margaret Lucille Christopher (David), Thomas Patrick Rose ( Cathy), Kathleen Rose Justinak (Jeff) and James Michael Rose. Tim was a loving uncle to Karolyn Shaw, Gregory and Thomas Christopher, Austin and Alexandra Justinak, Ashlyn, Joseph Daniel and Kaitlin Rose. He was the Great Uncle to Brandon, Andrew and Julia Shaw, Nicholas, Matthew, Benjamin and Colette Christopher, and Silas Scallion-Justinak. Tim was a long time resident of Avon Ohio and attended Saint Williams Grade School in Euclid and Saint Edwards High School in Lakewood. He was an academic athlete and received football scholarships attending both The University of Dayton and Baldwin Wallace College in Berea. Tim was a practicing attorney in the Cleveland area for over 35 years. He was an avid sports fan specifically college sports his favorite teams were the Oklahoma Sooners and Kentucky Wildcats or as Tim would say " Go Big Blue"! He loved The Dallas Cowboys and supported The Cavs, Indians and Browns. One of his main joys was listening to oldies music. He prided himself in knowing every artist , lyric and song from the 60's and 70's. Those that knew him would attest to his love of the sun or " laying out for that tan". He was a true lover of animals and specifically dogs, taking in several who needed homes over the years... these were his children. Tim found humor in just about everything and would chat with a stranger finding a way to connect instantaneously! He was loved by so many people from different walks of life for his kindness and quick wit. His friends from The Cabin Club lovingly named him "Timmels", our family called him Timmy and Bear! Tim was truly one of a kind, when he was born they broke the mold. Our hears are broken but we know we will meet again! Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Knew Tim from my days teaching at St.Ed's. Always appreciated his smile and sincerity as a student. In the years
since whenever we would run into each other he was a smiling, gracious and splendid person to talk with.
It was a pleasure to have Tim for a friend.

Sorry to have missed the opportunity to say farewell, Tim will be missed.

Was a classmate with Tim at St. Eds '71 and he was always smiling, joking and took a genuine interest in others. A jock and honors student, very outgoing and positive. He was a very respected lawyer who I saw in action in court and stood up for the "little guy". He left us way too early. Our sincere condolences to his family.

Your families were in my prayers. I was unable to make the service due to a leg injury. The Rose and Norris families were strongly anchored together by my Mom Lucille and Tim's Mom Adelyn, both Sisters. Our strong faith tells us it is in dying that we are born to eternal like. God Bless your families and loved ones.

We were acquaintances that had the opportunity to interact in the past. Thus only knew Tim briefly and for a short time. But a person could tell he was a "good dude" with a terrific heart. RIP and thanks for the fond memories and thoughtfulness.

Rose Family, I am so sorry for your loss. I met Tim at St. Williams. We both were on the varsity football team, Tim was the fullback and I was the right half. We kept in touch over the years meeting in Florida and Ohio occasionally. I loved the guy and will miss him in this life. Warmest regards.

God looked around his beautiful garden and saw an empty space. He looked down upon the earth and saw Timothy's tired face. He wrapped his arms around him and lifted him to rest. His garden must be beautiful he always takes the best. So he closed Timothy's weary eyelids and whispered "Peace be thine". It broke our hearts to lose you but you did not go alone. For part of us went with you the day God called you home. Until we meet again.
