Timothy Baker Shutt

I was very sorry to hear of the death of my Hotchkiss classmate Tim Shutt, whom I remember as a decent and amazingly talented guy. One small addition I want to make to his obituary is to note his talent as an artist. I remember that the school would call on him to draw posters advertising athletic contents, and once he did a caricature of me--mostly knees, elbows, and Adam's apple--to advertise an upcoming basketball game. I wish I had salvaged it.

I ENJOYED KNOWING TIM DURING 4 YEARS OF HIGH SCHOOL...SUCH A FINE PERSON...I CONTINUED TO KNOW HIM BY READING 4 OR 5 OF HIS EXCELLENT BOOKS...I WILL CONTINUE TO REMEMBER AND APPRECIATE HIM AS I CONTINUE THROUGH HIS 20 PLUS PUBLICATIONS....RICK PRUDDEN
