My father was Superman to me-a man who was never afraid to take leaps of faith and trust in God's path. A devoted father, brother, and grandfather, he was loved dearly by all who knew him. When he wasn't pouring his love into his family, he could be found working hard, detailing his cars, or tending to his home with pride.

Though life wasn't always easy, he proved through perseverance that anything is achievable. He was a man of great intelligence and dedication who taught his son that through hard work and integrity, any goal is within reach. He found great joy in the simple things, like the warmth of the sun and time spent with those he held dear. He will be deeply missed, but when we look to the sky, we will know that Superman is still watching over us."
