Timothy Neal Yearout, beloved father, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away peacefully at his family home, on June 5, 2025. He was born in Dallas on November 2, 1959. Tim was a proud U.S. Navy veteran who dedicated his life to serving his country and cherishing his family.
He is survived by his daughter Cortney Yearout (grandchildren Joshua and Logan); daughter Emily Fernando (grandchildren Chase, Makayla, Olivia, Isabella, and Mia);and additional grandchildren Skylar, Jordan, Rose, Eva, Tim is also survived by his sisters, Linda Enriquez (nephew Shane, nieces Stormy, and Windy), Janet Frizzell (nephews Michael, Chris, and niece Kelly), and Connie Yearout (Sean Kabashima); as well as many other loving family members and friends.
Tim was preceded in death by his parents, Arlin "Dub" and Gladys Yearout, and his son, U.S. Marine, Staff Sargent Joshua Neal Yearout.
He was a graduate of Lancaster High School and a dedicated athlete there. He then enlisted in the United States Navy, where he was a Torpedoman Second class aboard the nuclear submarine, USS Haddo, stationed at Naval Base San Diego, Point Loma. He was a welder and fabricator. Although retired, Tim was never idle. He loved being outdoors, working in anyone's yard, and fixing all the things that he collected.
Tim's vibrant spirit, his sense of humor, loyalty, and unwavering love left an indelible mark on all who knew him. Though his loss is deeply felt, he will live on through countless memories. His greatest legacy will remain the love and laughter that he shared. His family and friends will honor his life by celebrating the joy that he brought to their hearts every day. To our Daddy, you will forever be missed and loved. Always.
