Tina Marie Reese Stone, 56, of Calhoun, passed away Tuesday, January 30, 2024, at Calhoun Health Care while surrounded by her loving family.
She was born in Corry, PA, on November 3, 1967, the daughter of the late Sylvan and Dorothy Morris Reece. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Tammy Sue Reese, and a step-father, John Creech. She attended Red Bud School and was a member of the 1988 graduating class. Before ill health, she was employed by Western Plastics.
Survivors include her two sons, Justin and Johnathan Stone of Talking Rock, Georgia; two step-daughters, Angie Stone and Mellisa Childers; two step-sons, Jeff Stone and Chris Stone; aunt, Patty Young; the father of her children, Roscoe Stone; close friends, Scarlett, and Laura, along with other relatives.
The funeral will be held Friday, February 2nd, at 1:00 PM from the chapel of Max Brannon & Sons Funeral Home, with a eulogy given by her longtime friend, Laura Marie Leatherwood and Rev. Harold Holbert officiating . Burial will follow in Crane Eater Cemetery. Pallbearers serving are Timmy Young, Cody Stone, Jacob Mulkey, Jeff Stone, Chris Stone, John Lock, and Robert Stricklend.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 1st, from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
