Tobo Moore

Michael "Tobo" Moore, 73, husband of Billie Satterly Moore, died Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at his residence. Born August 5, 1952 in Harrodsburg he was the son of the late Vernon Arthur and Christine Williams Moore. He was a retired Heavy Equipment Operator for the Mercer County Road Department and a member of the Bethel Baptist Church. Tobo enjoyed tinkering and trading old cars and playing with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Additional survivors besides his wife are two sons: Michael Chad (Shannon) Moore of Harrodsburg and Eric Ray (Myranda) Moore of Harrodsburg; two brothers: Roy Moore of Harrodsburg and Ronnie Moore of Harrodsburg; one sister: Sandy (Chuckie) Bugg of Harrodsburg; six grandchildren: Lane and Shae Moore, Trevor Moore, Logan White, Katie White and Devann White and nine great-grandchildren: Alayna, Audrey, Christian, Ethan, Kayden, Riley, Aiden, Evan and Sawyer.

He was preceded in death by his sister: Vernon Jo Lewis.

Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, February 23, 2026 at the Alexander & Royalty Funeral Home with Stephen Brogli and John McDaniel officiating. Burial will be in the Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery with Eric Moore, Chad Moore, Logan White, Devann White, Trevor Moore and Lane Moore serving as active pallbearers and Shae Moore and Katy White serving as honorary pallbearers.

Visitation will begin 10:00 a.m. Monday at the Alexander & Royalty Funeral Home.
