Toby Scruggs Obituary
Toby is survived by his wife, Bonita Scruggs; his children, Candy (Joe) Scruggs, Jason Scruggs, Mary (Benny) Hall, Jesse Scruggs, Jay (Casey) Scruggs, Tabitha (Joe) LaMantia, Crystal (Lucas) Creasy, Kellie Scruggs and Jason Blackman; his sisters, Sam Rybolt, Flora Scruggs and Kathy Harlow; his brothers, Terry Scruggs and Snapper Scruggs; and his grandchildren, Eli, Little Mikey, Liberty, Jason, Jalyn, Jaden, Dee, Toby, Jessica, Anabelle, Brandon, Mya, Mason, Emma, Mitchell, Jay Michael, Jaylynn, Brinleigh, Jackson, Chase and Wynston; best friend, Darrel Farris & Jamie Cox.
Toby is preceded in death by his parents, Homer Eugene Scruggs, Sr. and Anna Katherine Scruggs; his son, Michael Scruggs, Jr.; grandchildren, Brieanna Scruggs and Danny Scruggs; and sisters, Glenda Spiegal, Nancy Scruggs and Joan Pettigrew.
The service for Mr. Michael "Toby" Scruggs will be held on Thursday, April 18 at 1:00 PM from the chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Leon Graves officiating. Interment will follow in Bush's Chapel Cemetery.
Visitation: Tuesday, at 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM , Wednesday from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM and Thursday from 8:00 AM until service time at 1:00 PM at Woodard Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to help with funeral expenses. These can be made by calling or coming by the office of Woodard Funeral Home.
