Todd S. Cotner

Todd Scheley Cotner, age 66 of White Pine, TN left this earth on Saturday July 12, 2025. Born and raised in New Market, TN, he was a hardworking man that loved his craft of brick masonry, spending time with his family, and being on the lake. He was proceeded in death by his father Wilson Cotner and is survived by his beloved mother Hattie Cotner; Faithful and devoted wife Libby Cotner; Loving and dedicated children Todd Cotner Jr, and Teara Cotner; Adoring grandchildren Jadyn and Jordyn; Siblings, Ronald Cotner, Randy Cotner, Deborah (Deno) Whiteside, Theresa Huff, Belinda Blevins, Glen Cotner, Deforest Hinton, Donna Williams, Elaine (Steve) Steele, Stella Foust, Tracey Cotner; Special cousin that was like a brother, Roy Johnson and brother-in-law, Stevie Ray; Several nieces, nephews, and cousins; Long time family friends Brad Cauthen, Neil Hough, Joni and Rebecca Hays and Travis Pridemore; He will be greatly missed by many special friends and loved ones. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the medical staff and caring physician, Dr Dillard. Rev. Donna Branner will officiate a private graveside service.
