Todd Darnell Davis, 61, of Hartford, passed away on Friday, December 20, 2024, at St. Francis Hospital. Born in
Hartford on October 14, 1963, son of Mollie Christine (Cooper) Davis and the late Howard Davis, Jr., he was raised
in Hartford and attended Hartford Public Schools including Weaver High School. Most recently, Todd had worked
at the Trader Joes Warehouse as a team leader.
Besides his mother, Mollie Christine (Cooper) Davis, he leaves to mourn his passing, three daughters, Laura
Christina Clements and her husband Guy of Matthews, NC, Tasha Anna Davis of East Hartford, and Todja Simone
Davis of Hartford; three brothers, Jay Stanley Davis of Hartford, Samuel Albert Davis of Hartford, and Jerrel Davis
and his wife Mary of Bloomfield; a sister, Mary Louise Davis of Hartford; five grandchildren, Bryson Clements,
Brooklyn Clements, and Guy Clements, III all of Matthews, NC, Brycen Price and Braxton Price both of Hartford; six
nieces and nephews, Jason Davis of Enfield, Ashley Davis-Tyner of Hartford, Anthony Little and his wife Danielle of
Hartford, Ricky Cotton and his wife Emma of West Hartford, James Cotton and his wife Tamika of West Hartford,
and Edwin Jones of Hartford; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. In addition to his
father, Howard Davis, Jr., he was predeceased by a sister, Sandra Davis. He also leaves behind his life long best
friend, Ronnie Fudge of Manchester.
Todd enjoyed being with his family in his free time. He always had his family laughing with his jokes. He also loved
to work on old cars and fix them up as one of his favorite hobbies.
His family will receive friends on Monday, December 30, 10-11 a.m., followed by a Homegoing Service at 11 a.m.,
at The Lodge Community Chapel, 130 Deerfield Rd., Windsor. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the
