In my 7 year career thus far with the IBEW I worked with Todd on 2 different jobs. I was tooled up with him last winter at didion and bought his Harley from him. Todd was a great brother in the IBEW and a great guy to learn the trade from. I'm very sad to hear of Your loss. My thoughts and prayers go out to you. Todd will be missed by many. RIP Brother
