I was shocked and saddened today when I read in the CPC announcements that Todd Swift had died. Anne and Curran, my heart goes out to you in a very deep way -- as a parent, as a CPC member, and as a colleague of yours, Anne; I can't get Todd off my mind, even though I couldn't remember which one of your sons he is. He is too young, too talented; he was a very handsome young man. He sounds like the person we all would like to know. Your loss is so great. My prayers and love are with the Swift family, in Ames, in NC, and wherever your two other
sons are located.
