Tommy was born on May 11, 1970 and passed away on Thursday, March 16, 2017. Tommy was a resident of Covington, Louisiana at the time of passing. Born and raised in Harlan, KY, Tommy graduated from Harlan High School, Class of 1988. At the age of 18, Tommy joined the US Army as a Airborne Intelligence Combat Veteran in the 82nd Airborne Division and He was a Veteran of Desert Storm.
