Tommy Duncan Obituary

Rev. Tommy Ray Duncan, 86, went to be with the Lord on July 15, 2025, in Bentonville, AR. He was born in Siloam Springs, AR, on July 18, 1938, to Miles Vernon Duncan and Mary Opal (Dougherty) Duncan.
Tommy was kind, loving, and compassionate. He was very friendly and could be described as a "people person," because he never met a stranger. Tommy loved to talk to people and spread the word of Jesus. He was so passionate about sharing the gospel that he became an ordained reverend and led a trucking ministry for over 30 years.
Before his time in ministry, Tommy served honorably in the Army and received the Good Conduct Medal. He was a proud veteran.
Tommy was a devoted husband, a loving father, and a proud grandfather. He had a great sense of humor and a smile that lit up the room. Although his time on earth is at an end, his memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who were lucky enough to know him and love him.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Miles and Opal Duncan; daughter, Carol Jean Duncan; son, Timothy Ray Duncan; and sister, JoAnn Bailey.
He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Carolyn Duncan; sons, Sam Duncan (Ashley) of Gravette, AR, and Tommy Duncan (Julie) of Gulfport, MS; daughter, Robin Roulier (Neil) of Colorado Springs, CO; as well as 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
A visitation with the family will be held at Mosley Regular United Baptist Church in West Siloam, OK, on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The celebration of life will be held at The Assembly Church in Siloam Springs, AR, on Thursday, July 24, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be at the Fayetteville National Cemetery for immediate family members only.
