I met Tom back in the 80's when they did a water project in my area. Met him, Shirley and Gary. From that day forward they were all very special. Tom always welcome me and my many water questions I have later when I became Mayor and needed help. He was always ready to help anyone. I will miss my special friend . Thoughts and prayers to family.
