Toni Gail Helm Hawkins

Sandy, UT? Surrounded by loving family and friends, while listening to "Rippling Waters" our mother, sister, daughter, aunt, cousin, friend, and "second mother" to so many, Toni danced her way out of this life leaving behind a large loving family and friends who are saddened at her sudden and unexpected passing.

Toni was born May 5, 1962 in Idaho Falls, Idaho to David (Ruth) Helm and Carolyn Quinn Helm (Marcel). She was sister to Teri Helm Deardorff, Liz Helm (Kay) Swenson, Dave "Davie" Helm and has several nieces and nephews she loved as her own. Toni (Larry Hawkins) leaves behind 3 children: Haliegh Hawkins (Casey) Current, Hank Hawkins (Ashley Convington) and Chet Hawkins. She also leaves 5 loving grandchildren: Rhiatt, Maddix, Rhiley, Khoda, and Kenli.

Toni's life was one that was filled with love, peace and fun times. Whether you found her houseboating on Lake Powell with her family, camping, skiing, swimming or just spending time outdoors she always had a good time. She was an avid softball player and for many years was the coach for the Ponderosa Properties softball team, a family affair.

She was an appreciator of great music, anything that you could get up and dance to. She loved live music and loved to go to concerts. Toni ran All Resort Rentals and was a Realtor at Ponderosa Properties.

She will be missed by many. A celebration of life will be held in her honor on April 5, 2023 from 6 to 9 pm at Old Mill Golf Course - 6080 Wasatch Blvd, Holladay, UT 84121. Please join us and share your love and great memories of her. Please wear your favorite tie-dye or bright colors!
