Toni Marie Puls-Mansfield, age 68, of Norfolk, Nebraska passed away on Sunday, April 13, 2025, at Emerald Nursing and Rehab Brookside in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Services will be held at a later date.

Toni Marie Puls-Mansfield was born on June 2, 1956, in Norfolk, Nebraska, to Franklin and Glaudien Puls. She spent the majority of her life in Norfolk, where she was raised and attended school. Toni worked for many years at Merchants Convenience Store before becoming a devoted stay-at-home mom to her two daughters, Emilia and Summer. During those years, she also ran an in-home daycare.
In her later years, Toni could often be found working in her yard, tending to her flowers, cursing the weeds, and keeping up with the neighborhood. She cherished time spent with her family and rarely missed her afternoon soap operas. Known for her feisty spirit and strong personality, Toni made a lasting impression and will be deeply missed. Although her loss is great, her family finds comfort in knowing that she is now reunited in Heaven with her beloved daughter and son.
She is survived by her daughter, Summer Puls-Mansfield; granddaughter, Willow Rivas of Lincoln; grandson, River Mason of Pullman, WA; sisters, Debi (Terry Aerts) Evert of Columbus and Valerie Dreger of Norfolk; nieces and nephews, Sarah (Nate) Stolp of Papillion, Christina (Michael) Stranc of Norfolk, Jeremy (Misty) Evert of Alliance, Devan Marshall, and Steven (Jill) Dreger of Norfolk; great-nieces and nephews; many friends; and her cat, Kitty.
Toni was preceded in death by her daughter, Emilia Ashlin Puls-Mansfield; son, Jake Emil Mansfield; brother, Franklin Puls Jr.; parents, Franklin and Glaudien Puls; and great-niece, Kaylyn Marann Dreger.
