Tony Ferguson Obituary

Tony gave his life to Christ and united with Friendship Baptist Church. He later joined M.L. Harris United Methodist Church where he served in the choir, as a member of the United Methodist Men and Lay Leadership Committee. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. During his enlistment, he was able to learn life lessons that stayed with him until the end.
Tony was preceded in death by his father; John Ferguson, SR; his grandmother, Susie Hicks, and his grandfather, John T. Ferguson. Tony leaves to mourn his passing: his devoted and loving wife, Peggy Ferguson; his dedicated mother Elsie Ferguson; three sisters, Carol Berger, Susan Norwood (Marshall), Pamela (Mark) Ferguson-Stephens ; two brothers, Howard Harrison and John (Tamika)Ferguson, JR ; five sons, Tony Ferguson Jr. (Stephanie), La 'Zarvius Ferguson, Nicholas (Bre) Ferguson, Christian Ferguson and Brandon (Allie) Wade; four daughters, Elaina Ferguson, Vontesseance Ferguson, Krista (Austin) Davis, and Meagan Ferguson; nine nephews, four nieces and a host of other relatives.
