Tony Scales Obituary
Mr. Tony M. Scales, age 80, of Eagleville, TN, formerly of Nolensville, TN, passed away on Monday, October 20,2025 at his residence. Tony was a native of Nolensville, TN and a son of the late John Thomas Scales and Sara Elizabeth Martin Scales. He was a member of Giles Creek Baptist Church. Tony was a long time dairy farmer, then he was a truck driver for Fred Jeffries Sprinkler Systems, and later he retired from the Williamson County Highway Department. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Alfred Scales.
Tony was a kind man than had a heart of gold, enjoyed helping people, and always had a giving heart. He loved fishing and NASCAR races. His favorite baseball team was the Atlanta Braves. Most of all, he loved his family and being with them, and participating in their activities
.Mr. Scales is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Faye Russell Scales of Eagleville, TN; children, Jennifer (Troy) Crutcher of the Ash Hill Community, Stephanie Scales of Nolensville, TN, Leslie Smith of Eagleville, TN; 4 grandchildren, Amber (Ralph) Harris, Stevie Scales, Jayden Sales, Brylee Crutcher; 4 great grandchildren, Peyton Scales, Epperson Harris, Morgan Harris, Solomon Harris; 2 sisters, Bernice (Roy) Perry of Nolensville, TN, Linda Bills of Nolensville, TN; 1 brother, Tobey (Darlene) Scales of Eagleville, TN; sister-in-law, Mary Ann Scales of Nolensville, TN.
Visitation with the family will be Wednesday, October 22, 2025, from 3 PM until 7 PM at Lawrence Funeral Home and 1 hour prior to the funeral service on Thursday. The funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, October 23, 2025 at 11 AM from the Chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with Rev. Terry Campbell officiating. Interment will follow at Nolensville Cemetery in Nolensville, TN.
Family and Friends will serve as pallbearers.
