Tonya LeeAnne Bragg-Wright

Mrs. Tonya LeeAnne Bragg-Wright, age 52, of Lindale, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 30, 2026, at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

Tonya was born in Rome, Georgia, on October 1, 1973, the daughter of the late Lester Robert Bragg and the late Cynthia Broome Woodall. She was a proud graduate of Coosa High School.

Tonya dedicated over 30 years of her career to the financial industry, most recently serving as Branch Manager at Coosa Valley Credit Union during the final year of her professional career. She was known for her strong work ethic, leadership, and genuine care for others.

Tonya had a heart of gold and loved deeply. She always put the needs of others before her own. Despite her illness and the pain she endured, she never lost the beautiful smile that constantly graced her face and brought comfort to those around her.

She found joy in the simple things she loved most - spending time with her dogs, Maggie and Teddy, cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers, shopping, and making cherished memories at the beach with family and friends whenever possible. Tonya also spent her life enjoying time with her best friends, Starla Roden and Amber Clark Ware, who meant so much to her.

Tonya is survived by her loving husband of over 27 years, Shone Wright of Lindale; her sister-in-law, Tosha Flowers (Keith); her stepdaughter, Destiny Fowler (Dustin); her two grandchildren, Kensleigh Fowler and Waylon Fowler; her siblings, Todd Bragg (Amy), Ashleigh Woodall, and her seven beloved nieces and nephews, whom she loved as her own: Chaz Bragg, Carlee Bragg (Victoria), Kennedy Bragg, Abby Bragg, Braxton Bragg, Savannah Bragg and Noah Shirey; as well as her great-niece and nephews, Madison Bragg, Eli Bragg, and Roman Bragg.

Funeral services will be held at 2 PM on Thursday, February 5, 2026, in the Chapel at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, South Chapel, with Reverend Kenneth Cox officiating. Interment will follow in Spring Creek cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Thursday from 12 PM until service time at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, South Chapel.

Pallbearers are to assemble by 1:30 PM on Thursday at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, South Chapel, and include: Braxton Bragg, Gaven Freeman, Josh Hight, Keith Flowers, Noah Shirey, and Mike Moreno.
