DAUGHERTY Tonya Daugherty Tonya Lance Daugherty, 62, of 616 Windmill Hill Road, Inman, SC, passed away Sunday, September 1, 2013 at Hospice of the Carolina Foothills in Landrum. Tonya was born in Spartanburg, SC on August 15, 1951, a daughter of the late Emily Frances (Overman) Lance and Martin Luther Lance, Jr. She was the wife of Jerry Wayne Daugherty, retired from SC PRT as a travel coordinator at the South Carolina Welcome Center and was a member of Lake Bowen Baptist Church. In addition to her husband, Tonya is also survived by a daughter, Monica Hutcherson(Bobby), two sons Shayne Daugherty(Karen), Shannon Daugherty(Sharon), a sister, Samone Ballew(Jimmy), a brother, Marty Lance(Jane), three grandchildren, Briley Hutcherson, Shelby Daugherty and Cole Daugherty, all of Inman. The family is at the home and will receive friends Monday, September 2, 2013 from 3:00 - 5:00 PM at Seawright Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at Seawright Funeral Chapel at 5:00 PM on Monday, September 2nd, with Rev. Mark Williams officiating. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
