Tonya Rutherford Obituary
Tonya Jones Rutherford age 49 of Pine Knot, Kentucky passed from this life on Friday, April 26, 2024 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
She was born on September 16, 1974 in Louisville, Kentucky to Donald Ray Madison and Lula Marie (Kilby) Madison.Tonya is preceded in death by her mother, Lula and a brother, Larry Grant.
Surviving family include her husband, Jerry Rutherford; her father, Donald Madison; her children, Lukeas Crabtree, Antonio Jones, Bailey Jones, Cody Jones, Maria Crabtree, and LuRayna Rutherford; sisters, Tammy Dixon (and Steve) and Toni Corder (and Mike); 3 grandchildren; special cousins, Phyllis Stephens and Heather Rose; and special aunts, Cleda Gray and Rosetta Waters.
Tonya loved being outdoors, fishing and gardening. She also liked to sew and bake cakes. In past time, she would color for hours and paint ceramics. Tonya will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home with Pastor William Kilby officiating. Burial to follow in the Kilby Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends for visitation on Tuesday after 12:00 noon until service time.
Tonya's family appreciates the love and support shown. If anyone wishing to help donate, they may make a donation to assist the family with funeral expenses. Donations may be made in person or by phone, 606-354-9100.Pine Knot Funeral Home is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
