Words can never express how saddened and shocked I was to learn of Sister Topsy's recent home going, She was an inspiration for me and my entire family from the very first time that we met her over 30 years ago, I really enjoyed hearing Her play the piano and sing and She was always willing to do all She could for Her Church and for the Lord, She was one of those special people who always let Her light shine and it was always a joy to be around Her! It was plain to see that She loved the Lord, Her Family, and Her Church very much, She was a very talented, sweet, and devoted Christian lady in every way and She also had a great sense of humor. During the years I knew Her I can honestly say that I never saw or heard anything out of Topsy that was unkind or not Godly. I can truly say that earth's loss is Heaven's gain, She will be missed and never forgotten by my family, me, or by all of those who ever had the privilege to know Her. She has ran Her race well and now the course is finished, and now She will be in the presence of the Lord forever and ever, which was Her goal! If we know anything at all about Sister Topsy then we know that Her desire would be for all of us to be prepared to meet Her so we can all be reunited in Heaven where there will be no more pain, sorrow or parting! As Christian's we won't say goodbye, but we will instead say see you later, fare thee well, and God speed on your journey to Heaven Sister Topsy Stone Turner!
