Tracy Lyn Lavin Dean Age 52, of Rice Lake, WI, died Wednesday, April 10, 2024 in Marshfield, WI. She was born on December 20, 1971 in Milwaukee, WI to Gene and Patricia (Tryba) Lavin. Tracy graduated from Rice Lake High School in 1991, graduated from WITC and then received 2 Masters Degrees in Nursing and Hospital Administration. Tracy was married to Corey Carlson, they had 2 children and they later divorced. She worked for Assisted Livings, Hospitals and was also a traveling nurse for many years. She loved working on crossword puzzles, reading, and loved her animals and dogs. She is survived by her 2 children, Justin Carlson and Cassandra Carlson; her parents, Gene and Patricia Lavin; a sister, Lorri Lavin; a nephew, Caleb Lavin. Funeral Services will be held at 11AM Saturday, May 11, 2024 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Rice Lake, with interment in Nora Cemetery in Rice Lake. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the service at the church. Appleyard's Home for Funerals in Rice Lake is assisting and serving the family with the arrangements.
