She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Robert Wayne Hall, Jr. Tracy is survived by three daughters: Dr. Courtni Tello (Fernando), Marissa Grey and M'Lynn Grey, and two grandsons: Fernando Tello, III and Samuel Tello.
A memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm, at the James Crowder Funeral Home in La Marque. Honorary pallbearers will be Cynthia Spears and Toni Reeves.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Tracy's name to Texas City ISD's Foundation for the Future (https://resources.finalsite.net/images/v1661532990/tcisdorg/bw3ig69drd9br3xh36c1/DonorCard_1-up_rev2022_1.pdf)
