Tracy Lynne Mickel

Tracy Lynne Mickel, age 59, passed away peacefully on July 23, 2024, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo Care Center, surrounded by her loving daughter and granddaughter. Tracy was born on December 21, 1964, in Vincennes, Indiana to Ranza and Helen Bateman (Whalen/ Helms/ Berry). She attended Bowsher High School. From there Tracy went on to begin her family.
She was self-taught in the skill of painting and went on to create quite a collection of beautiful artwork. Tracy would often give away pieces as gifts. Tracy loved music, tending to her plants, and watching YouTube. But most of all she loved being with friends and family.
Tracy was preceded in death by her parents, Ranza Bateman II and Helen Berry (Whalen).
She is survived by her children, Jason (Amy) Ohlman and Jenifer Ferrell (Eric); 8 grandchildren, Jake, Emily, Ryan, Jason Jr., Katelynne, Danielle, Mark, and Amira; and great-grandsons, Colton and Waylon. Tracy is also survived by her two brothers, Ranza "Butch" Bateman III and Robert (Royette) Bateman as well as several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
Family and friends may visit from 3:00-7:00 p.m. on Monday, July 29, 2024, at Sujkowski-Walker Funeral Home, 830 Lime City Rd. The Funeral Service for Tracy will be held on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. in Cedar Creek Church, 29129 Lime City Rd, Perrysburg, OH.
