Travis Ryan Ferguson

I want to pass along my condolences to the family of Travis. I was fortunate enough to meet him on the baseball field while we coached our sons at North Wake five years ago. Over the past couple years, we would always reconnect every time Enloe would play Broughton each spring. Travis and I we just sit there and talk the whole two hours while the game played out in the background and usually it was not about baseball. He was one of the nicest and most caring person I ever got to meet. I will miss those conversations but will never forget them. I am blessed to have got to spend some time with him and pray God will always be with his family to help them get through any tough times.

I only met Travis a few weeks before this tragedy and I have to say he was one of the nicest people I ever met.
I am deeply saddened by this event and pray the family finds peace and comfort in God and knowing that he was doing something he loved to do.
