Travis Linseth Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Fulkerson Stevenson Funeral Home - Watford City on Dec. 10, 2025.
Travis "Tripp" Jerome Linseth passed away peacefully in the Bismarck Hospital surrounded by family members on December 7, 2025. He died due to complications related to alcohol, a disease he struggled with but never allowed to define him.

Travis was born on August 14, 1984 to Diana Desiree Patton and Savern Paulus Linseth in Watford City, ND. Travis lived in Watford City as a child with his parents and oldest sister Heidi. They then moved to Arizona during his childhood, where his mom Diana is from and moved back to Watford City when he was 18 years old.

Travis loved to do anything outdoors like fishing, hiking and spending time with his kids, friends and family. Travis was the life of the party, to him everyone was family. He loved his kids more than anything.

In his 20s Travis worked on Drilling Rigs, this is where he got the nick name "Tripp". He worked in construction for many years; he had a love for building and creating. Travis was a jack of all trades.

He will be remembered by his big heart and his love for everyone.

Travis Jerome Linseth is survived by his children, Brooklynn Diana Linseth, Declan Jerome Linseth and their mother, Kisa Jeanette Dschaak; his dad, Savern Paulus Linseth; his sisters, Heidi Lorraine Stevens & Josephine Lynn Linseth; his brothers, Micheal Paul Linseth and Zakary Sanchez; his nephews Derek Linseth and Shawn Linseth; as well as many other relatives.

Travis was preceded in death by his mother, Diana Desiree Patton; grandparents, Paul Arnold Linseth, Vivian Leola Linseth, Angeline May Radacy (Knight), Claude Eugene Patton.
