Trevor Reed Larson

 

Trevor Reed Larson, age 29 of Rawlins, Wyoming passed away on Sunday, April 23, 2023. Trevor was born on November 26, 1993, in Fort Collins, Colorado to Todd Larson and Jennifer Preston(Brennan).

            Trevor attended Rawlins High School where he excelled as an athlete. He was a starter on the football team as a freshman and made the All-Conference and All-State team. He also was on the Track Team where he competed as a pole vaulter and triple jumper and qualified for State in both events.  After graduating in 2012, Trevor went to work for the Bureau of Land Management as a firefighter. He later went to work for Sinclair Oil Refinery where he worked as a Pipeline Board Operator.

            Trevor enjoyed all of the Wyoming outdoors – fishing, hunting, camping, riding ATV’s, motorcycles, and snowmobiles. He had an incredible talent to fix anything mechanical and was very good with his hands. He had a special giving spirit about him and would help anyone in need. He even snuck off with his sister, Brooklyn, to help her buy her first motorcycle when their parents did not approve of it. Trevor was very protective of his family – especially his sisters, Brooklyn and Britney, but he was lovingly devoted to his daughter, Peyton.

            Trevor is survived by his father, Todd Larson and his wife Jenelle of Rawlins, Wyoming; his mother, Jennifer Brennan and her husband Dan of Platteville, Colorado; his daughter Peyton and her mother, Deshan Milliken; sisters, Brooklyn and Britney Larson; brothers, Brett Larson and Jace Brennan; grandparents, Les and Peggy Preston and Wendy Briggs; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by grandparents, George and Hazel Larson and Lonnie Briggs and his aunt, Tammy Shinkle.

            A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, April 28, 2023, at 11:00 AM at the Jeffrey Center with Pastor Patrick Baldwin officiating. A reception will immediately follow. The service will be live streamed.
