LOUISVILLE - Trevor Lee Wilson, 45, died Thursday, Oct. 16, 2025, at his home in Louisville, Kentucky.
Trevor was a native of the Palma community in Marshall County and a graduate of Murray State University. He had been employed as a news producer for 18 years, including nine years at WPSD Local 6 in Paducah, and most recently working for WLKY, Hearst Corporation, for the past three-and-a-half years. Trevor loved his family and friends, going to the gym, comedy shows and concerts, hanging out with friends, and walking his beloved German Shepherd dog, Drago. Trevor was a big man with a big heart. He was kind and loving and will be so missed by so many who loved him.
Trevor was preceded in death by his grandparents, Alexander and Nellie Harrington, and his stepfather, Mark Mogan.
He is survived by his mother, Linda Harrington Mogan; his brother, Stuart C. James (Nikki); his stepsister, Alexandra Mogan Geeding (Caleb); nephews, nieces, cousins, and many friends.
Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to noon Thursday, Oct. 23, 2025, at Collier Funeral Home, Benton. A graveside service will follow at 12:30 p.m. at the McNatt section of Marshall County Memory Gardens, Draffenville.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude’s Place, Memphis, TN 38105; or Marshall County Humane Society, 6301 U.S. Highway 68 East, Benton, KY 42025.
