AUGUSTA- Trisha "Trish" L. Spakowsky, 29, of, passed away on at.
Trish was born in, to her mother, Jane Pease.
She enjoyed coloring, and watching television. She also enjoyed her time spent with her nephews, and also with her cat, Coon.
Trish graduated from in 2001, and had also worked at Sam's Italian Restaurant.
She was predeceased by her grandparents, John and Blanche Spakowsky; Godparents Sally and Dick Robinson; and also her Uncle Barry Spakowsky.
Surviving her is her mother Jane Pease; her Sister Jenny Chase and husband Peter, her nephews Anthony and John Chase; her close and dear friend Mavis Libby; and her beloved cat, Coon.
A celebration of Life will be held in June. Details regarding the time and place will be announced on facebook.
