A beautiful soul who could out talk anyone. Not a bad bone in his body. Always had the best intentions. It was impossible to not love this kid, despite his struggles. We saw you at your best and worst of times, but even still, you were always a gentleman. Troy, I hope you are finally at peace.

Troy would stop by my office from time to time.
