Troy was a admirable person with a uplifting spirit. We attended a class together on Eglin and immediately formed a good friendship. My family and I will continue to send angels and prayers out to his family.

I did not know Troy personally however, I know there were a number of people praying for him and his family during his illness. I am sadden to hear of his passing. The family will continue to be in my prayers and thought during this difficult time...
