Troy was always in a happy mood when I was around him, and he loved being around family. He always said,"I love you Ruby Nell,and you will always be my sister in law". The family in my prayers and I know you hated to see Troy leave this home,but he is know at home with Jesus. Love and prayers to Papa,Maggie and the entire family.
