Troy Anthony Williams, 56, of St. Thomas, PA passed away Wednesday, December 24, 2025 in his home. Born April 22, 1969 in Chambersburg, PA he was the son of the late William Roy Williams, Jr., Mary Ellen (Teal) Lawes, and his step-father Keith Lawes.
He is survived by his son Elijah Toney-Williams; his fiancé of 26 years Stacy Keith; Stacy’s children that he raised, Trey Keith of Mercersburg, Tyson Keith (Katie) of Lemasters, and Trevor Keith of St. Thomas; two step- children, Andrew Carpenter-Wicks and Charles William Nichols; four grandchildren, Karter, Kali, Kooper, and Dante Keith; three siblings, William Williams III (Jen) of Texas, Mary Watson (Kevin) of New York, and Stephanie Willams-Sandy (Chris) of Georgia; an Aunt Ludell and Uncle Johnnie Teal; immediate nieces and nephews, Ashlee, Lance, Safaree, Ashyra, Letecla,Andre, Quiton, Brianna, CJ, and Bijou.
Troy loved to get dressed up and sing R&B, 80s, and 90s music while dancing the night away. When he was younger Troy, Ross, and Terrel his close cousins would coordinate dances together. Troy also loved playing and making things with his grandchildren. He loved playing with his dogs and family outdoors in the summer. He was such a sweet soul and will truly be missed.
Troy is proceeded in death by his parents, Mary Teal-Lawes and William Williams II and a host of aunts and uncles.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM, Saturday, January 17, 2026 at Unity in Christ Church, 4301 Philadelphia Avenue, Chambersburg PA 17202. A repass will follow at the church.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Elijah Toney-Williams, for his college education.
