He was preceded in death by his father Maurice Higgins, his mother Lois Higgins, brother David Higgins, niece Teresa Higgins, nephew Chad Speakman, mother-in-law Caryl Ish, father-in-law John Ish, and sister-in-law Ruth Preece. Survived by wife, Nancy Higgins; sisters, Linda Vogt, Brenda Whitt, and Janet Higgins; brother, George Higgins; many nieces and nephews, and a host of dear friends.
Visitation with the family will be held 3:00 to 5:00 P.M. Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at COOK & SON -PALLAY FUNERAL HOME, 1631 Parsons Ave., where his service will begin at 4:30 P.M. with Bobby Blackburn officiating..
