Tyler Rizzi Obituary

EAST CARBON/WEST VALLEY CITY- Longtime resident of East Carbon, Tyler Ty Rizzi, age 76, passed away October 10, 2025 at the University of Utah Hospital in Salt Lake City.
He was born March 15, 1949 in Dragerton, Utah to Valentine D. and Dorothy Mae Henderson Rizzi. Tyler married Zelda McRoy, April 24, 1970 in Manitou Springs, Colorado; they later divorced.
Tyler is survived by his life partner, Paulene Roylance, Provo; step-daughter, Jennifer Brown, Provo; grandson, Jayden Brown, Provo; nephews, Dominic (Kim) Rizzi, West Valley, Curtis (Bobby) Rizzi, Fredericksburg, Virginia; and a community of friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Lucky and Val Rizzi; nephew, Lucky Rizzi, Jr; and a step-son, Richard Roylance.
Funeral service, Wednesday, October 15, 2025, 11:00 a.m., Mitchell Funeral Home (233 East Main Street) in Price where the family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Burial with military honors will be in the East Carbon City Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Mitchell Funeral Home of Price and Huntington where family and friends are always welcome daily and may share memories of Tyler online at www.mitchellfuneralhome.net
