Tyler Ray Wenerstrom, 31, passed away on January 25, 2025. Born on July 9, 1993, in Salt Lake City, Tyler had a deep love for the outdoors and found his greatest joy hiking the mountains of Utah with his beloved dog, Koda.
Tyler’s adventurous spirit, kind heart, and love for nature defined his life. Whether exploring new trails, sharing a meal he had lovingly prepared, or filling a room with his contagious laughter, he brought warmth and joy to everyone around him. He had a passion for cooking and took pride in creating meals that brought people together.
Beyond his love for the outdoors, Tyler enjoyed working on cars, always eager to fix or tinker with an engine. He also found peace in fishing, spending countless hours by the water, casting a line, and appreciating the quiet beauty of nature.
Those who will continue to cherish Tyler’s memory include his loving mother, Sam; his father; Dave; his brother, David; his cousins, Kristyn and Chastin; his uncle, Jerry; and his grandparents, Connie and Gerald and his great grandmother; Helen. He was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
