Marilyn Miller, Dixie Tourangeau

So a year has passed, so quickly and yet for the parents, so slowly. We remain sad in some shock that Tyler is really gone. Very unfair and needless it seems. Every time we see anything about making golf clubs on TV we think of him and his chosen love. Marilyn thought she might see him last year at the US Open in Brookline where she was an hole usher, but that meeting was not to be. His memory will stay with us forever. Stay strong Janis and Woody.

Hearing of this tragedy was a complete shock and sad beyond belief. We knew Tyler from childhood and always thought him to be a happy, respectful and fun-loving person. Playing hoop or skiing at the Lake house or enjoying our western parks travel adventure, we were grateful to know him and see him grow into responsible adulthood. Any heartfelt condolences just fall so short of how awful an outcome this is to a fine life. Our sympathies to parents Janice and Woody.

So sorry to hear of Tyler´s passing. We haven´t seen each other in a long time but I have fond memories of being captains of the football team together.
Rest easy big guy
