Ulana Lalka Babiuk, age 86, of Webster, New York, passed away peacefully on November 4, 2025. Born on April 5, 1939, Ulana lived a full and loving life defined by devotion to her family, her Ukrainian heritage, and her faith.

Ulana was predeceased by her parents, Katherine and Michael Lalka, and her brother, Don Lalka. She was a devoted wife to her husband, Myron Babiuk, and a loving mother to her daughter, Diana (Asha) Babiuk Stubbs, and son-in-law, Greg Stubbs. She cherished her grandchildren-Alexandra, Arianna, and Colin Stubbs-who brought her endless joy.

Ulana's warm, friendly, and outgoing spirit touched everyone who knew her. She was strong and independent, always ready to do anything for her loved ones. A skilled bookkeeper by profession, Ulana brought care and precision to her work while balancing her many community roles. She was a proud Ukrainian Plast Scout Leader, a member of the Ukrainian National Women's League of America, and a lifelong parishioner of St. Josaphat's Ukrainian Catholic Church.

Outside of her community work, Ulana loved spending time in her garden among her flowers, reading, and caring for her family. Her kindness, strength, and dedication will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, November 13, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (EST) at Harris Funeral Home, 570 Kings Highway South, Rochester, NY 14617.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, November 14, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. (EST) at St. Josaphat's Ukrainian Catholic Church, 940 Ridge Road, Rochester, NY 14621. Interment will follow.

Ulana's life was a beautiful example of love, service, and faith-a legacy that will live on in all who were blessed to know her.
