I was saddened to hear that you passed away. I liked you on the news. My condolences to your family.

I went to Holmes High School in San Antonio with Uma, our senior year she sat in the chair directly behind mine so we talked every day back then.

There were many times throughout the decades that I would cheer when seeing Uma on television being happy to see how she had progressed in her career, then smile and remember the highly intelligent young lady Uma was even way back in the 1970s when we were in high school taking classes together.

Uma always was very intelligent and thoughtful.

Deep condolences to Una's family. As an Emmy Award winning journalist, she has left much memorable moments for you all to cherish. May the God of comfort strengthen the family at this time of loss, granting you a peaceful heart to cope.

To the family, many, many friends, and colleagues of this wonderful woman, who was a longtime news hosted for Boston’s WLVI and WBZ-TV. Uma Pemmaraju was one of the original anchors when Fox News launched in 1996. That is the legacy Uma Pemmaraju left behind memorable news that will not be forgotten. May the God of comfort bless your grieving hearts with strength, loving kindness and peace as the world copes with the loss of Uma Pemmaraju. May family, friends and extended family cherish her memories.
