Upton Lee Holliday was born on October 22, 2024, a precious gift whose brief time on earth brought immeasurable love and light to all who knew him. In his short but beautiful life, Upton filled hearts with joy through his sweet smile, gentle presence, was an old soul, and the pure love he shared so freely. Though his days here were few, the love surrounding him, and the impact of his life will endure forever.

Upton is deeply loved and will always be cherished by his mother, Kayla Holliday; his father, Dylan Holliday; and his devoted big sister, Kendall Holliday, who will carry his memory with her always.

He is lovingly remembered by his grandparents, Shawn Hibbard, Jenn Crenshaw, Mark and Melissa Roberts, and Mark and Lisa Holliday; his great-grandparents; The late Paul and Jane Holliday, the late Marvin and Debra Messick, Michael and Jill Roberts, Don and Cindy Butler; and a large and caring family whose lives were forever touched by his presence.

A viewing will be held on February 11, 2026, from 5-7 pm Omps Funeral Home on Amherst St.

Funeral services will take place on February 12, 2026, at 11 am also at Omps Funeral Home, followed by a graveside service at Central Chapel in Hedgesville, WV where Upton will be laid to rest surrounded by love. There will be a reception following the graveside service at the fellowship hall.

Pallbearers: Dylan Holliday, Mark Holliday, Shawn Hibbard, Colby Hibbard and Mark Roberts.

Honorary Pallbearers: Big Sister Kendall Holliday, Aunt Kaidance Messick, Uncle Colin Roberts, Uncle Carter Roberts, Aunt Noelle Thorn, and Aunt Claudia Bravo

In lieu of flowers, those who wish may offer support to the family during this time.
