Uriah Alexander Harvey

Services for Uriah Alexander Harvey, 29, of Midland, are scheduled for 2 p.m., Saturday, November 22, 2025, at Wilson-Bartley Funeral Home, Alba, with Bro. Jerry Jackson officiating.

Interment will follow in Salem Cemetery, Alba.

Uriah passed away November 16, 2025, in Midland. He was born December 26, 1995, in Bedford. He lived most of his life in Alba and was a member of Bright Star Baptist Church. He was currently working as a pipe welder for D & P Drilling in Midland.

Uriah enjoyed sports and hunting. He was also a member of a local motorcycle club in Midland. He loved his children and enjoyed time with his family. He will be remembered for his warm heart, strong work ethic, and the joy he brought to those around him.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Bobby Dean Pickett, Sr., Anna Rae Anderson, Floyd Dean Ellis, and Joyce Marrie Ellis; and grandfather, Elroy Hobbs.

Survivors include his stepfather, Sam Harvey of Tyler; father, Damon Hobbs of Kansas; mother, Brandie Harvey of Alba; two sons, Cooper Lee Harvey and Noah Alexander Harvey; daughter, Oaklyn Anne-Layne Harvey; brother, Kolby Alan Harvey of Alba; grandparents, Linda Hobbs of Dallas, and Bobby and Charlotte Pickett of Alba; aunts, Yolanda Johnikin, Helena Stanley, Angela Jackson, and Amanda Paris; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will be Jameson Lennon, Madison Reid, J.R. Anderson, Dakota Pickett, Dustin Paris, and Hunter Reid.

Honorary pallbearers are Kolby Harvey and Jessie Shearer.

The family will receive friends on Friday, from 6-8 p.m., at the funeral home.
