Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James William Bowen; two brothers; and two sisters.
Survivors include her son, Nick Bowen of Warren; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 27, 2024 at 3:00PM at the gazebo at the Warren City Park.

Thoughts & prayers for Nicky, Chasity & her family & kiddos, Tyler, & Ursula's family in Germany.
Ursula & I were friends about 35 years. We loved to hang out & play card games, a German dice game, backgammon, among others. Just talk & visit, shop, eat, hang out with our friend Sue, the three of us had lots of fun & adventures, & tons of laugh until it hurt moments, we shared lots tears & laughter over the years. I love you & will miss you my friend!!
