Such a Beautiful tribute to a fun loving spirited lady. Valarie did it her way and enjoyed life to the fullest. She so loved her family and will now be reunited with her dear sister Pia and parents. She is now at peace yet missed by all who knew her. My heartfelt condolences to all her family and love ones.
