Van was the love of my life and the father of my children. We had our struggles but Van Never gave up!He was the best father he could be, and me and my kids love him always for being the man that that fought so hard to change his life completely from the person"hard to settle down lol "he was to a full-time provider of our family! He didn't miss a beat! Van I love you and I will carry you with me foreverGod knows I miss you so much and life won't ever be the same without you!Standing at the foot of your hospital bed, I prayed for god to let me take your place and if I could have I would've! Thank you for always being the best partner and father but most of All,thank you for never giving up on me and always seeing the good in me when I was at my worst! I loved you since the day I met you and Always will! Till we meet again you will always be in my heartI love you!

I worked with van about 20 yrs ago. We quickly became good friends. I have many, many good memories of Van. Your will definitely be missed. I'm so sorry to hear about this. I can say he lived life on his terms. Until we meet again.
