Deepest sympathy to Mrs. Scott and family. The Clayton County Democratic Party has lost their soldier! Vance was an integral part of the Clayton Dems. His leadership and commitment will be sorely missed and cannot be replaced by anyone.

Uncle Vance, may you rest in Paradise. To my 1st Cousins: Gregory Scott, Yolanda Richard, Tracy Read and Vanlisa "Mona'Lisa " Scott. I send my heartfelt prayers and condolences to you in the passing of your Father. To his Grandchildren and Greatgrands may we gain a bond of peace and find comfort in the days to come. Always know Pops may be gone but, he deposited a part of him in all of us. Cherish that blessing always. I love you. God bless!
